Shipping and Returns

Mountain View Tea Village ships via USPS priority mail in the United States only. Priority mail usually arrives in 2-5 business days and we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for all sized orders.

You can return any of your unopened items to Mountain View Tea Village within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Please save a copy of your packing slip or billing invoice as returns cannot be processed without this. Please contact us with the order number and transaction number and we will provide you with further information to process your return. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in-store at this time.
