High Peak Wild Oolong

This oolong comes from the very highest peaks in China, which is the perfect environment for producing light, distinctive teas. High Peak has a mellow gentle aroma, and a calming sweet taste with the slight hint of cinnamon. Because of the delicate nature of this tea, we recommend a slightly lower steeping temperature, more akin to green teas.
